We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we will make it right.

Our Promise

LAYRÉS pieces are designed and made to the highest standard. Every order is quality-checked before it leaves us. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not as described, we will replace or refund it — no questions asked.

Returns

• Return window: 14 days from the date of delivery
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
• Bodysuits: For hygiene reasons, bodysuits are only eligible for return if the hygiene seal is intact and has not been removed
• Sale items: Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange

How to Return

Log in to your account, open your order and select Request return. Choose the items you'd like to return and the reason. We'll review your request within 2 business days and send your return instructions.

Return Shipping

A flat $12 AUD return shipping fee applies to all domestic returns and is deducted from your refund. This fee is waived for faulty or incorrect items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the credit.

• Shipping costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or colour, request a return through your account and note the size or style you would like. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if your preferred item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@layrés.com with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a prepaid return label and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Caring For Your LAYRÉS Piece

Australian merino and cashmere are natural fibres that require gentle care. Washing your pieces correctly will ensure they last for seasons, not just one. Please follow the care instructions on the label inside each garment. As a guide:

• Machine wash on wool/delicate cycle in cold water, or hand wash
• Use a wool-specific detergent — never standard laundry powder
• Lay flat to dry — never tumble dry or hang (hanging distorts the knit)
• Cool iron only, on reverse side
• Store folded, not on a hanger, to maintain shape
